Behind each cottage a sheltered patio overlooks a quiet rock and pebble beach making this an unrivalled location for seaside holidays.  At high tide the sea comes within yards of the cottages and low tide reveals a wealth of interesting rock formations, fascinating rock pools and marine fossils.  Principal rooms have superb marine views and a southerly aspect.  This is a truly unrivalled location within minutes of shops and services. KATIE'S COTTAGE - sleeps 4

GROUND FLOOR - Entrance hall, small fitted kitchen, Sitting/dining room door to spacious patio, steps to beach, stairs to FIRST FLOOR with principal bedroom overlooking the shore, double bed (135 cm); Bathroom/WC (shower over bath) stairs from landing to SECOND FLOOR with spacious twin-bedded room. 

SHEARWATER or HERON'S ROCK -  sleep 5 

GROUND FLOOR - Entrance hall, newly refurbished kitchen (from 2009) with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc;  sitting/dining room with beautiful sea views, door to patio, steps to beach, stairs to FIRST FLOOR with principal bedroom overlooking the shore double bed (135 cm); Bathroom/WC (shower over bath); twin bedded room (90 cm beds) stairs from landing to SECOND FLOOR with single bedded room (90 cm bed)  and cot - space for folding bed if required.

CARRICK BEND -  sleeps 5 

GROUND FLOOR - Entrance hall,  modern galley-type fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc Dining/Sitting room with superb sea views, door to patio, steps to beach, stairs to FIRST FLOOR with twin-bedded room (90 cm beds) and wonderful sea views;  Bathroom(with bath & shower cubicle)/WC; nursery room with cot and stairs leading to SECOND FLOOR with principal bedroom with double bed (135 cm) and southerly sea views across Castletown Bay; single bedroom with pine 90 cm bed.  

DOGS are not permitted during the high season period covering June July and August.  Please do not ask us to make an exception for your pet however well-behaved it might be.  At other times ONE pet may be  permitted by SPECIAL ARRANGEMENT ONLY and on payment of the appropriate fee.
