AVAILABILITY (as of 1October 2008)

 Vacancies are currently available for all ongoing dates except 5-13 June 2009. Please note Heron's Rock & Shearwater are temporarily closed for improvements from 18 October.

Vacancies  may not necessarily be at your first choice of cottage (or for 14 night holidays consecutive weeks at the same cottage).

DEPOSIT £150 per week; £200 per fortnight. Holidays in excess of 14 nights - not available June/July/August.  Other dates - £150 per week booked.

BALANCE PAYMENT 8 weeks before departure except TT fortnight (see TT pages) 

BABIES Baby items not supplied at KATIE'S COTTAGE.  Bedding and linen not supplied for cots. Babies - no charge.

DOGS where permitted - £15 per dog per week.

INSURANCE is optional but advisable.  A leaflet will be sent with booking confirmation.
